It is necessary that plane or aircraft

It is necessary that plane or aircraft managers stick to the planned date and time of flight. By not following these schedules, everything will be affected, such as the schedule of maintenance, crew management, employee morale, personnel tension, etc.Next, to manage an aircraft system or process, training needs should be addressed. This can be done through training needs analysis and incorporating these needs into what currently has to be accomplished. New developments in technology should also be cascaded to all personnel involved, to keep them abreast of the changing times. If there are new technological deployments in the aircraft, all employees should know about it as these developments are critical. Proper training is an indicator of what knowledge employees acquire. This can be measured through the pass percentage rate. All employees should be expected to pass classroom training and assessment before they move to the application phase. No one should be given a task of handling machines which he cannot manipulate. Training should include handling chemical items, replacing parts of the plane, cleaning and maintenance of the aircraft, technological advances and their applications, emergency and first aid knowledge, advancement in technical applications, and so on.Lastly, a successful and effective scorecard that contains aircraft metrics should have maintenance related-metrics. One should look into the parts of the aircraft that do not operate well. As mentioned earlier, there should be 100% accuracy and efficiency in all aircraft machines and gadgets and tools. A single flaw here can result to a plane crash. A plane should not fly if there is a problem found in it. Therefore, maintenance schedules should be adhered to 100%. Otherwise, failure to do so will result to cancelled flights. All these breakdowns will eventually be felt in several aspects of aircraft management and will not result to a satisfying aircraft service.
